Has anyone ported GIMP, the General Image Manipulation Program,
available from http://www.XCF.Berkeley.EDU/~gimp/ ?  The home
page mentions a FreeBSD binary, but apparently it isn't available
yet, as the link is not active.  Though I haven't seen it in
operation, it appears to be quite comprehensive, with Photoshop-
style plug-in filters and other niceties.

One complication seems to be that it requires Motif libraries,
so the source code option is out (for me at least, hopefully not
others).
