I ran x11perf using 386bsd 0.1 and XFree386:
The results are as below. 

This result that et4000 is faster by 17%, using speed-up mode. The mode is
640X480, 256 colors.

This x11perf cannot run on X386mono server.

Please send me results for other X terminals using
the same parameter i.e. bigtilerect500.
	Let us see how slow 386 systems really are. I notice that the xterm
running on my Pc display text very quickly, in fact faster than even the
Sparc Workstations.
	However when I run heavy background jobs such as this x11perf in the
background, other tasks cannot run any more. They virtually stop. The keyboard
and mouse simple cannot respond. This problem is not due to the X display, 
rather to the scheduling of tasks.
