I doubt Jordan Hubbard would dig into the depths of how to create a
bootstrap. :-)

However, you are absolutely free to submit us your version of a CD-ROM
bootstrap.  Use send-pr(1) to file it.  I promise to test-burn a CD-R
with it, and commit it to the code base if it works (as well as doing
the required work under /usr/src/release/, in order to prepare the
bootstrap for the second CD).
