Hello All!

Same problem were disscused in this conference. In my case I cannot
telnet to my FreeBSD from any computer in Internet. When I give a command:

telnet mycomputer.

I've got

login: <type login here>
Password: <type password here>

And then telnet freeze. Unfortunately changing in /etc/sysconfig
tcp_extention=NO doesn't help.

Also I can see from console on my computer that I am logged in! Also
when I type any commands, they are shown by ps from console. I just don't
have echo to the screen. Another thing is happened: ftp allows me to
put, get and bin commands but freeze when I gave ls or dir command.

This situation are the same for couple computer in different places
where I setup FreeBSD2.1 from Walnut Creek CD-ROM (January 1996).

Who can help me? Thanks in advance.

Konstantyn

PS. Sorry for my English
