you can tell it by running it. besides, if your X works just great (tm) --
you don't have a need to switch over, am I right ?

I tested XFREE with my diamond SSPRO as well as the demo from X-inside and I
can tell the difference. The first one is awfully slow compared to
X-inside's server. Also, the setup with X-inside is much better.

If you really want to answer your question yourself, try to get the demo at
xinside.com.
