/usr/src/release/sysinstall/

Please not that libdisk (in the same area) has already been moved out
from there ``into the public'', in order to have it available in a
better place for such a tool.  (This is in the -current and -stable
source trees.)  So while you will have to explicitly hack the
reference to it in your Makefile for 2.1R, you can simply link it by
``-ldisk'' in the recent versions (and any future release).
