Upon corresponding with the person running the cancel-bot it was discovered that a charter explicitly allowing uuencoded postings would be honored and no further robotic cancellations would take place. With that in mind I propose the following charter for comp.bugs.2bsd: "Discussion of 2BSD Unix, fixes and enhancements, including source patches and complete sources as deemed appropriate by the 2BSD developer, Steven Schultz, sms@moe.2bsd.com. Additionally, automatic retromoderation by 3rd parties is not wanted in this group. Any cancels for inappropriate articles will be issued by the 2BSD developer, Steven Schultz, sms@moe.2bsd.com".
