I need a bit of help getting the ppp -auto option to work.
I can connect just fine if I make all entries by hand (i.e. line, speed,
parity) but still the -auto option just will not work.

Some details: fixed IP, 486, dialup (duhh)

Also, once connected, if I close the ppp connection, I must reboot
to get it back {;-(

Any thooughts (perhaps more helpfull than "what a DA" - I'm feeling a
bit like that already thanks...)

Thanks
