While I agree with what he was saying in his post, I *MUST* disagree with 
this statement.  Ideas like this will be what keep Linux from taking 
over.  There's another person on here somewhere who has in his tagline:

"Fight for something because it is right, no just because it has a chance 
of succeeding."  (or something like that)

I support Linux not because I think it might take over, but because it's 
the best OS I've ever seen.  I've been using computers since I was 5 
years old.  I've seen ProDOS, DOS 1.x - 6.22, MacOS (various systems), 
IRIX, NeXT Mach, Win 3.0, Win 3.1, Win 3.11, WfW 3.1, WfW 3.11, Win95, 
WinNT, VMS, Linux, the Commodore 64 (what was that called anyway), AIX, 
and various other Unixes.  Linux has been by far the best OS I've ever 
dealt with for more reasons than I can count on one hand.

I'm still going to use it and advocate it, despite the fact that it has 
to go up against Micro$loth.
