More than likely the problem is on the client end. Send the scripts you are 
using for Win95 and MacPPP. As for the Shiva, are they using the version that 
comes with Netscape 2.01 Personal Edition. If so, there is a Record Script 
option that does the trick quite well. The script for Win95 must be customized 
for BSDI's login routine (if you are using Pusername).
