I did my first install (from the WC CDROM) using the "novice - user with X suport" option, then I tried to install the kernel source package from the CDROM but I couldn't figure out what that package was so I just reinstalled (I mounted the file systems in the labeling step) using the kernel developer option to get the sources. When I did this it said something about my / fs being read only. Could this have screwed up the source? Any ideas how to recover? What is the name of the source package on the CDROM and is it in the /all directory and do I use the same procedure to install it as I did for the regular packages (xcoral etc)? Also, does anyone know why how to make the /stand/sysinstall program recognize the CDROM?
