I don't know.. maybe we should just gradually leave the USA out of the 
current Internet, vital services will surface in some other place.

There could be a US governement controlled filth gateway between
'US-safenet' and the Internet.

There are other important countries that have been more or less out
of the net, without much harm to others.

The US is re-inventing Soviet Union control policies, if we co-operate
the politicians will make compromises -> we get the disease..
