I can't speek for NetBSD (but i seem to remember that they at least emulate Linux and most likely also FreeBSD ABIs), i know that FreeBSD has a Linux and an iBCS2 (SVR3 UNIX/intel binary compatibility standard) emulator, though their functionality in the latest release version is, ehm, limited.
