If the Radius-package you refering is from Livingston for their
Portmaster Terminal Server products. I have ported Radius 1.16 to
FreeBSD 2.1 and is available on :-

ftp.cdrom.com/FreeBSD/incoming/radius-1.16.tgz

ftp> pwd
257 "/.16/FreeBSD/incoming" is current directory.
ftp>ls -l
-r--rw-r--  1 root  wheel     58678 Jan 12 18:48 radius-1.16.tgz
