Apparantly the kernel always recognizes a # as the first character in an
executable script to mean the default shell (/bin/csh). But if you were
to put a ':' (colon) as the first character, it recognizes it as a bourne shell
script and executes it as such.

I hope this bug is fixed soon... I would work on it, but I don't have enough HD
space to re-compile a new kernel.

Does anyone have a compiled kernel (with ALL of the patches? ie:
2 hd, Xwin patch, lpt patch, SCSI, and all the other little tidbits.

When I find a kernel that has the 2 hd patch it doesn't have the Xwin or lpt.
Or one with X, it doesn't have the lpt or hd patch.

any help would help :)

thanks in advance...
