Luiz, A site I previously worked at had modified ftpd for exactly this purpose. In essense, a session went like this: % ftp hostname Name: username.anonymous Password: e-mail@address.here At that point, ftpd placed the anonymous ftp user in the chroot'd directory ~username/anonymous. The users liked this very much. -Randy -- Charles F. Randall E-mail: crandall@dmacc.cc.ia.us UNIX Systems Programmer Voice: (515) 965-7057 Perl Hacker - Powered by FreeBSD! FAX: (515) 965-7305
