I certainly : do not feel sorry for some one that buys something before : realizing what they are buying, especially if you do it : a second time expecting different results. The problem is that people do not necessarely buy "a video card", they buy "a computer" and may have little choice about what video card they get. How many vendors give the details of the video cards in their systems.
