Date: Tue, 30 Apr 1996 19:08:14 -0400 Organization: Not! Lines: 22 Message-ID: <ADAC159E9668120875@makr.cybercom.net> NNTP-Posting-Host: makr.cybercom.net A client bought two Dell boxes, a P133C and a P166C, before we could check for compatibility with BSDI 2.1. I've checked the web page and the IDE CD-ROM's probably won't work, but I'm unsure about the rest. Here are the configs: P133C P166C Win95,Office95Pro Win95,Office95Pro (to be nuked! Yay!) #9FX Motion Video #9FX Motion Video Creative Labs Vibra16 Creative Labs Awe32 Logitech Mouse Logitech Mouse NEC 272 IDE CD-ROM TEAC 6X IDE CD-ROM (not apparently supported) 16 MB memory 32 MB memory 2.111 Gb disk 2.111 Gb disk Problem is, they want a proposal by tomorrow, so we need to know what to replace with compatible hardware asap. Thanx for your help. mrak
