	But be prepared to upgrade your motherboard BIOS -
ZNYX 314 (as well as Cogent EM-964, which I use with some
patching of if_de driver) used DEC's 21050 PCI-TO-PCI bridge
which MUST be configured by BIOS - and all BIOSes in my
computers are from 1994 and do not do their job ;-(
