Other random weirdness: 19.30 broke Info mode (the endless beeping problem,
avoid C-h i at all costs!) as well as my C(++) indenting, and even tried 
supplying nonexistent options to rcsdiff.  Fortunately, 19.29 was still
lying around, so I used that.

Run 19.29 until 19.31 comes out.  Hopefully enough people have voiced their
discontent with 19.30's "features" that they'll be fixed.
