I think it's the indication that your (our) resolver doesn't understand split DNS reverse zone delegations. In the `classic' scenario, all reverse lookup zones were split at an 8-bit boundary in the IP address space (61.32.128.in-addr.arpa being one of these DNS reverse lookup zones, handling the IP address range 128.32.61.*). These days, further splitting becomes more prominent, but handling the reverse lookup for this doesn't seem to have fully settled yet. (I don't know whether there's even already an RFC for this.)
