I have been using release 2.1 on another machine that has been
working quite well. I recently downloaded the latest SNAP :
FreeBSD 2.2-960501-SNAP and have experienced a few problems that
I thought I'd report.

Anytime the machine is under heavy load or swap is being used
heavily I start getting these errors :

/kernel: wd0s1b: hard error reading fsbn 3226 of 3200-3263 (wd0s1 bn
4713626; cn 4676 tn 3 sn 29)wd0: status 59<seekdone,drq,err> error 40<uncorr>

/kernel: swap_pager: I/O error - pagein failed; blkno 3200, size 32768, error 5

/kernel: vm_fault: pager input (probably hardware) error, PID 6547 failure
/kernel: pid 6547 (inetd), uid 0: exited on signal 11

I am using a Pentium 75 with ASUS motherboard, a 3Com 3c509 and a
western digital 2.5GB IDE HD.

Other than the above mentioned problem this machine has been working
well. So well that I have been considering making it the production
machine only if I can sort out the above problem.

Thanks for any help anybody may provide.
