Mine's an Adaptec 2842 (VL bus).  I don't recall there being such a BIOS
option, but I'll have a look next time I reboot.  I don't want to make the
EZ135 SCSI ID 0, which is currently used by my PC's hard drive, and the CD-ROM
on the PC I use the EZ135 with at work, which has an IDE hard drive.
