The 3C579-TP (3C5X9) comes with a base address of 3000H. The drivers in the
freebsd distributions are looking for the ethernet board at a base address of
300H.

How do I adjust the drivers to use the address that the board uses?

I'll take suggestion on altering the board, altering parameters or
information on rebuilding/compiling the system to use drivers to use the new
address.

where are the ethernet drivers in the source tree?
