Use lpd and Ethernet. Support for both is shipping with FreeBSD. :-) Sorry, i don't have a real answer for your question, but never- theless, the above should be workable. If your DOS box is actually Winbloze 3.11 or higher, you might also want to use Samba, which can make your BSD print spooler appear as a regular Winbloze network printer. If your DOS box is really DOS only, things will be harder since you need some sort of lpd support.
