It seems apparent to me that USL's claims are much less palpable than that simple and relatively easily proven claim. And USL certainly has the resources to demand that the court order UCB et al to cease and desist immediately. But they haven't, so it's fair to guess that they don't. And it's been several months already (actually, several years since the Net/1 release and subsequent Net/2 release began public distribution, but several months since the case has started.)
