1) Wrong. The OS has *EVERYTHING* to do with the computer. Without the OS,
the computer is just an expensive paperweight.
2) Unlikely; but I'll credit you that one because I don't know. 
3) Wrong. In a recent study (from PC World, April issue I think)  2 out of
three people who tested all the major GUIs out there found MacOS easier to
use.  It's not more powerful, either. They're both 32 bit.
4) Wrong again. The Mac doesn't have true multi-tasking yet. But the only
way you can have TRUE multi-tasking without any loss of system performance
is to have multiple processors.
5) 50+ million Mac users will keep Apple in business.
