   I'm looking for a solution for source-based IP routing.
   Let's say:

     If it matches 204.70.0.0/16,  send to serial 0
     If it matches 203.176.0.0/20, send to serial 1
     Default, send to 203.176.1.1

Yeah, it's called policy routing.  You'll have to upgrade to at least
11.0, however.
