Mike,

Today I just picked a copy of Unix System Administrator's Companion.
Michael R. Ault. ISBN 0-474-11144-9
Copyright 1996 John Wiley & Sons.

This book seems complete in coverage and includes information for
not only BSD systems, but the author mentions System V, HP/UX and
AIX when they have a different methods of doing a particular
operation. I have not browsed through the whole book, but so far
it looks very good.
