I couldn't really figure out where I post this question, so I'm cross-
posting to groups that got people who's likely to be dealing and using UPS.

At the moment, I came across a pretty good deal on UPS from AST -- it's
the AST Manhattan 1000VA. The spec says it's sine wave (is it steppe
sine, psuedo sine, or true sine?), and has 3% distortion. Does the spec
sound good? Especially on the 3% sine wave distortion?
