Neither one is 'better'. One may be better for you, depending upon
your requirements and/or preferences, but you are the only person who
can determine that.

I would recommend installing both (not hard to set up - most modern
hard disks should have plenty of room for a fairly complete
installation of both), using them for say a couple of months and then
you will be able to decide.
