I will order the cdrom set from Lasermoon which claims to have NetBSD on it, and also order a tranceiver to hook it into my net. I ported : the original driver (based on the NetBSD/amiga driver) a few months ago : to NetBSD-1.1, and it is now in the NetBSD-current tree.
