Problem is that Netscape *appear* to have ceased all development for the BSDI platform in favour of Windows NT for the Intel architecture :-( An associate company of ours is using Apache SSL under BSDI 2.1 and we are now considering moving to Apache SSL as well particularly as we already use Apache extensively for our Virtual Web servers etc.. If all you need is Secure Sockets Layer client compatibility then Apache SSL is the way to go - if you buy the Netscape Commerce Server don't IMO expect any future support (not that we have been able to get any anyway) or upgrades - all Netscape development appears to be focused on their new Enterprise Server products for which there is no BSDI version that I am aware of - again NT only for Intel :-( Regards, -- Adrian. ___________________________________ Adrian Cooper | apc@enterprise.net Enterprise PLC | http://www.enterprise.net Leading Internet Services in the British Isles.
