Hi, i have a recurring error message on my server.

May 24 03:14:05 ns2 /kernel: sd2(ahc0:2:0): NO SENSE info?:40a060
May 24 03:20:39 ns2 /kernel: sd1(ahc0:1:0): NO SENSE info?:646160
May 24 03:27:16 ns2 /kernel: sd0(ahc0:0:0): NO SENSE info:9c02f

I get between 2 and 10 of these messages per day.
There is heavy disk usage on this server as it is a news server.

As you can see, the errors refer to three different devices on
the card. I think the problem is either with the controller or
the driver. The controller is a 2940W.

Any thoughts on the more likely, and more importantly, what steps
i can take to resolve the problem. Changing the controller is not
really viable at present.

Regards, Craig.
