I have had trouble with them in the past.. Whwn I first got my BSDI I had trouble getting a REAL answer from a REAL person. They treated me like I was a lepor. I only got help when I faxed the shit out of them several times with the same problem over and over. I wound up getting help thru a 3rd party (right here in this newsgroup). I paid a little bit extra but at least I got my problems solved. In my opinion: BSDI SERVICE SUCKS !
