YES.. I have had trouble with them in the past.. Whwn I first got my 
BSDI I had trouble getting a REAL answer from a REAL person. They 
treated me like I was a lepor. I only got help when I faxed the shit out 
of them several times with the same problem over and over. I wound up 
getting help thru a 3rd party (right here in this newsgroup). I paid a 
little bit extra but at least I got my problems solved.

In my opinion: BSDI SERVICE SUCKS !
