Every time I have emailed BSDI for help or simply just asking one stupid question or another I have been replied to within less than a day. The only time I have ever had to get onto phone support (when we conviently fried the scsi drive with the root partition!) I got lucky and received excellent support from the *local* BSDI support in Australia. (Apparently we caught the guy who knows whats what who is usually very hard to get hold of) Just my 2c worth anyways.... Jan -- Jan Hurst Bekkers Communications Australia jhurst@bekkers.com.au
