I think you need to add a ``quirk record'' saying that this device
really has more than one LUN.  Normally, the CD-ROM driver prevents
CD-ROMs being probed for more, since almost all of them probe on every
LUN.

Have a look into /sys/scsi/scsiconf.c.  (You should use option
NEW_SCSICONF, this meanwhile became the default case.)  Watch out for
something like SC_ONE_LU and SC_MORE_LU.

Please, submit the quirk record once you found it going, either using
send-pr, or mail to freebsd-scsi@freebsd.org.
