That's what I always do - of course you have to remember to change all
the links as well, and convert them to lower case, and get rid of all
the drive letters that people insist on leaving in and... 8-(

Actually I started doing this after seeing a particularly clueless
newspaper reporter say that most of the HTML servers on the Internet
were running Windows NT "and you can tell because the URLs all end in
.htm"
