According to a recent message on port-sparc, NetBSD-current/sparc (and 1.2 when it is released) runs on 4/15s, 4/30s, (most) S10s and S20s, but not quite on S4/S5s yet, due to "cache peculiarities". No 4/600 support or SMP support (yet).
