Hi,

I have a question about ATAPI cd-rom co-exists with SCSI HD.

My system :
1. Shuttle 433 MB with AMD 133 CPU
2. Generic NCR53C810 card.
3. FSCSI-II HD.
4. Panasonic ATAPI CD-ROM.
...

Under win 95, the CD-ROM and HD can both be detacted.
Under FreeBSD, only the HD can be detacted(using ATAPI boot disk).

Before I install NCR card and HD, the same CD-ROM works
fine with an E-IDE HD.

Is there any quick fix for this problem, or shall I compile a
new kernal for this setup?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Lei
