Who's actually responsible for resolving 192.9.202.1 ?  If it's not
any of your forwarders (it's probably you), you'll need a primary entry
(and a reverse) for your zone.  Something like:

primary my.net my.net.zone
primary 202.9.192.in-addr.arpa my.net.rev

Have a read of the named documentation (man) - it's pretty good.
