I installed it on a 33Mhz 386 with the only problem being that I had to disable the "turbo" option. The system booted fine, and I then went about configuring the Novell NE1000 ethernet card so I could FTP the rest of the bin01.* files from our VAX. This is were I ran into problems. When I issue an "ifconfig ne0 192.188.5.15" the system hangs. It worked once, but then hung when I issued a "route" command. I used the "dist.fs" from agate in Chris's directory that has the fixes for HD errors. Anyone have this problem, or have any ideas on how to fix it? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! -Rich --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Richard P.
