Date: 10 Jun 1996 14:20:39 GMT Organization: Brussels Free Universities (VUB/ULB), Belgium Lines: 18 Message-ID: <4phavn$97c@rc1.vub.ac.be> NNTP-Posting-Host: is2.bfu.vub.ac.be X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] I'm willing to setup three PC's on an ethernet network that will access internet via a 4th PC which will do the routing on freebsd and will be connected with a ISDN connection to our server's cisco. I have a few questions: * will i have to modify the freebsd sources in order to make a billing of the TCP/IP traffic? * can i easily setup a firewall? * is there any freeware/shareware software which already performs this sort of tasks? * How powerful has this pc to be (the router)? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Luis Muniz l.muniz@mail.cyberaccess.be
