What do you mean by remove?

From BSD:

	dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/rwd0 count=1

Of course, your disk won't be bootable at all afterwards. :-)

From DOS:

	fdisk /mbr

But that's in the FAQ which you perhaps forgot to read?  Asking Usenet
is certainly more easy...
