Hi, I have an Ensoniq Soundscape Wavetable Sound Card. I have had no
luck getting any sound to come out of it whatsoever. It's supposed to
be sound blaster compatible, but kernel doesn't recognize ANY of the SB
devices I placed in the kernel. In fact, I put all the devices listed
in the kernel, and the only thing it recognized was the midi interface
uart0 When searching for a solution, I found some source code for
soundscape support under /usr/src/sys/i386/isa/sound/ called sscape.c
among other things. A sscape.h also resides in my current compilation
directory. Anyone out there have one of these sound cards? Or have any
idea on how to implement kernel support for it? If you think you might
know whats wrong but need more specifics I have all the stats on the
card. tnx in advance for your help.
