Look for a freeware package called IP filter, by Darren Reed.
I believe you can find it (or a pointer to it) at
ftp://coast.cs.purdue.edu/pub/tools/unix/ip_filt/

It's quite good -- it also has support for SunOS, Solaris, NetBSD,
etc. if you're interested. I don't know how it compares to FreeBSD's
own native kernel-level packet filtering software, though.
