For some unknown reason (and I've spent more than 40 hours looking for the reason), the BSD driver does not do something to the card and as such the card does not deliver interrupts to the system. Since everything in the driver is based on interrupts, this causes a big problem. I've even stepped through the DOS/ODI driver to figure out when it "starts" working (which happens to be reading the 63rd word of the 64 word serial EEPROM; why?!?!). I wish I knew what the problem was. -- Matt Thomas Internet: matt@3am-software.com 3am Software Foundry WWW URL: http://www.3am-software.com/bio/matt.html Westford, MA Disclaimer: I disavow all knowledge of this message
