 My first time here, and i may be able to help, i ran across a way to limit
 access to only MY network, from ppp clients. we have 1 cisco to the net, 
in it i have to program ip routing for each 'block' of 'c' nets assigned 
to us, one at a time, one time i put one of the nets in wrong and the 
symptom was that a ppp client, could only see services within my network, 
and could not see anything past my router on the internet. could this 
solve your problem? by assigning a static ip to your client of a 
non-routed class c net, it would accomplish what you want i think...
