Yes. Here's a good way to make POP only email accounts: 1] Create a user directory called "mailonly". (Assuming your user directories are all under "/home", you would create a directory called "/home/mailonly". Make it world readable, but with nothing in it. 2] When you create a user, make "/home/mailonly" the user's home directory. Make "/usr/bin/passwd" the shell. 3] Do *NOT* add "/usr/bin/passwd" to /etc/shells. This will create a simple account that will receive email that users can obtain by your POP client.
