Subject: [386bsd] How do I construct a bootable floppy?

I have examined newfs and other man pages but none appear to
explain how to make a bootable floppy. Apart from obvious things
like making a filesystem on the floppy and copying on 368bsd and init
and sh, how do I make it bootable.
Also - how do I format floppies?
Thanks in advance.
